Delivery Area

We provide delivery in Latvia and, where available, to other Baltic or European Union countries. Available delivery options are shown during checkout.

If delivery is not available to a specific address or an individual solution is needed, we contact the buyer before fulfilling the order.

Delivery Time and Costs

For available goods in Latvia, delivery is usually planned within 1-3 business days. Special-order goods, made-to-order goods, oversized shipments, or deliveries outside Latvia may take longer.

Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown before order confirmation. Unless the parties agree on another period, a consumer order is delivered without undue delay and within the maximum period required by applicable law.

Receipt and Risk

When receiving the shipment, please check the packaging and visible condition of the goods. If the packaging is damaged, we recommend recording the damage at delivery and contacting us as soon as possible.

For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to the buyer when the buyer or a person designated by the buyer has received the goods.

Payment and Security

Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website or by invoice where agreed. Order fulfilment begins after payment is received or after another payment method is confirmed.

We do not store full payment card details where payment is processed through an external payment service provider. Payment and order data are processed according to the privacy policy.

Invoices and Company Details

Invoices use the information provided by the customer. For company purchases, please provide accurate company details: name, registration number, VAT number where applicable, legal address, and contact information.

If an invoice needs correction, please contact us as soon as possible with the order number and correct details.
