Seller and Distance Contract

The website and online store are operated by SIA "Ironquad". These terms apply to website use, order placement, and product purchases using distance communication means.

By placing an order in the online store, the buyer and seller enter into a distance contract. Before confirming an order, the buyer must review the product description, price, delivery information, withdrawal rights, and these terms.

The buyer confirms that the information provided in the order is true, complete, and sufficient for order fulfilment, invoice preparation, and delivery.

Products, Images, and Fitment

Product descriptions, images, and fitment information are prepared as accurately as possible, but images may be illustrative and certain details, packaging, or included items may differ from the image if this does not affect the product’s essential characteristics.

ATV parts and accessories fitment may depend on manufacturer, model, year, trim, modifications, and previously installed parts. Before purchase, we recommend checking ATV model, production year, part number, and intended use.

If the buyer is unsure about fitment, we encourage contacting us before placing the order and sending available information about the ATV and required part. Our advice is based on the buyer’s information and available manufacturer or supplier data.

Prices, Taxes, and Availability

Product prices on the website are shown in euros. Where applicable, the price includes value added tax, while delivery costs, additional services, or other charges are shown separately before order confirmation.

The seller may change prices, assortment, and availability information. Such changes do not affect already confirmed orders, except where an order was placed with an obvious technical error in price or description.

If an ordered product is unavailable or delivery is objectively impossible, we contact the buyer and offer an alternative, another delivery time, or refund of the paid amount.

Order Placement and Confirmation

An order is placed by selecting products, adding them to the cart, entering the required contact and delivery information, choosing a payment method, and confirming the order.

An order is considered received after it is placed on the website. Order fulfilment begins after payment is received or after another payment method is agreed, if offered.

We may contact the buyer to clarify order details, fitment, delivery address, or invoice data. If the buyer does not provide the necessary information, fulfilment may be delayed or cancelled.

Payment and Invoices

Payment is made using the payment methods shown on the website or by invoice where agreed. The buyer is responsible for providing correct payment information and company details.

The invoice is prepared using information provided by the buyer. If the buyer represents a company, correct company details must be provided at checkout, including name, registration number, VAT number where applicable, and legal address.

Delivery and Receipt

Delivery terms, costs, and estimated time are shown during checkout or on a separate delivery information page. For available goods in Latvia, delivery is usually planned within 1-3 business days, while special-order goods may take longer.

Upon receipt, the buyer should check the package and visible condition of the goods. If packaging is damaged or transport damage is suspected, the buyer should contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, prepare photos.

If goods are not delivered within the stated time, the buyer may contact us to clarify delivery status and, where necessary, set a reasonable additional period for fulfilment.

Withdrawal Rights and Returns

Consumers buying at a distance generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, unless an exception applies under law. The withdrawal period usually runs from the day the goods are received.

Returned goods should be unused, undamaged, clean, complete and, where possible, in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

After receiving the withdrawal request and returned goods, we refund payments in accordance with applicable law, using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Warranty and Non-Conforming Goods

The buyer has statutory rights if goods do not conform to the contract. These rights are not limited by any additional seller or manufacturer warranty.

If a defect or non-conformity is found, the buyer should contact us with the order number, product name, defect description and, where possible, photos or video. This helps us assess the situation faster and contact the manufacturer or supplier.

Warranty may not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, excessive load, racing or extreme use, accident, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow maintenance requirements.

Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for correct product selection, accuracy of provided information, checking fitment before installation, and using the product according to manufacturer instructions.

Parts intended for installation should be installed by a qualified person or service workshop. Incorrect installation may cause damage, safety risks, and affect warranty coverage.

Pre-Contract Consumer Information

Before confirming an order, consumers are provided with essential information about the seller, goods, final price, delivery costs, payment and delivery procedure, withdrawal rights, warranty rights, and complaint options.

If order or product information is unclear, we encourage contacting us before confirming the purchase. This is especially important for ATV parts where fitment may depend on model, year, and trim.

Contact, Complaints, and Dispute Resolution

For questions, claims, or complaints, the buyer may contact us using the email or phone number shown on the website. Please include the order number and as precise a description of the situation as possible.

We aim to resolve disputes through communication. If agreement cannot be reached, the consumer may use Latvian and European Union consumer protection mechanisms, including contacting the Consumer Rights Protection Centre where applicable.

Changes to These Terms

SIA "Ironquad" may update these terms if website functionality, product offering, delivery or payment procedures, or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.

A specific order is governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
