14-Day Withdrawal Right

Consumers buying at a distance generally may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period usually starts on the day the consumer or a person designated by the consumer receives the goods.

To exercise the withdrawal right, send us a clear notice before the period expires by email or another contact method shown on the website, stating the order number, contact details, and goods you want to return.

Sending Goods Back

After sending the withdrawal notice, the goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than within 14 days, unless another procedure is agreed.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless stated before purchase or agreed in writing otherwise. Please package the goods so they are not damaged during transport.

Product Condition and Decreased Value

Returned goods should be clean, undamaged, complete, with documents and, where possible, in original packaging. The goods may be checked only as much as would be reasonable in a shop to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the goods have been used more than necessary for checking, installed, damaged, dirty, or incomplete, the buyer may be responsible for the decreased value of the goods.

Exceptions

Certain goods may not be returnable where law provides an exception to the withdrawal right, for example goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods.

The withdrawal right does not limit the consumer’s right to submit a claim for defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods.

Refunds

Refunds are made without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or the buyer has provided proof of sending the goods, whichever happens first.

Refunds are usually made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the parties agree otherwise. Extra delivery costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the buyer may not be refunded where applicable law allows.
