Statutory Rights

Consumers in the European Union and Latvia have the right to receive goods that conform to the contract. If goods do not conform to the contract, the consumer may use remedies provided by applicable law.

Statutory rights are not cancelled or limited by any commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer, seller, or another person. If a commercial warranty is provided with the goods, its terms apply in addition to the consumer’s statutory rights.

Non-Conforming or Defective Goods

If you find a defect, non-conformity with the description, or a fitment issue that is not caused by incorrect selection or installation, contact us as soon as possible. Provide the order number, product name, defect description, and photos or video where possible.

Assessment may require inspection of the goods, a manufacturer or supplier opinion, and information about installation, use, and technical condition.

Possible Remedies

If goods do not conform to the contract, we apply the procedure required by law. Depending on the situation, the remedy may be repair, replacement, price reduction, termination of the contract, or refund.

The remedy is assessed considering the nature of the defect, type of goods, availability, proportionality, and consumer rights provided by applicable law.

For a warranty or non-conformity claim, contact us using the email or phone number shown on the website. To speed up review, include the order number, purchase date, product photos, defect description, and, where relevant, installation information.

Please do not disassemble, modify, or continue using the goods if this could increase damage or make defect assessment harder.

Incorrect Use and Exceptions

Warranty and non-conformity claims may not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, overload, accident, racing or extreme use, unauthorised modification, incorrect maintenance, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

ATV parts are often used under high load and dirty conditions, so regular maintenance, correct installation, and fitment checking before installation are essential for safe use.
